About Cool City

Cool City, Inc. was formed in the Summer of 2000 for the purpose of designing, manufacturing and selling motorized vehicles. The initial focus of the company was to develop a totally new concept three-wheeled motorcycle, more commonly known as a trike, that would bring that product type into the 21st century. The Company has accomplished this by completing a new vehicle design with the safety features, handling, comfort, convenience, versatility and weather protection reminiscent of a high-performance sports car, while retaining the sportiveness and adventure offered by a motorcycle.

While the first product provides a previously-unavailable level of luxury to the trike rider, the company business plan calls for the production of a family of vehicles with models to fit a broad range of needs and desires.

Where are we in the process?

Three prototype vehicles have been built and the test and evaluation program is nearing completion. The vehicle design and the vehicle systems will shortly be ready for low-rate production.

The product design is complete and the prototype vehicles, the tooling and assembly fixtures have been built using internal funds. The business plan called for the prototype vehicles to be displayed, and a market survey conducted, to determine if our concept of comfort, convenience and performance would be viable in the marketplace before proceeding with the production phase. We displayed the vehicles at several rallies and motorcycle events and we took written surveys from the participants. The survey results clearly indicated that the vehicle concept, the styling and the price point came together in a desirable way for the participants. Their conclusion, and ours, was "go for it!"

We are now working to raise the funds required to place the first vehicle product in production. We are realistic and experienced business people with an investment opportunity and we are confident we will complete the necessary business arrangements in the next few months.
